Typeface: modern shape, but not cold "techno" style, colour: gray (50% black). "Counseling & Psychotherapy" is in the same typeface. Icon: I chose three elements, like the idea of Ego, super-ego, and id. I used the transparency to show that all of the 3 elements are connected, one influences the other.

Composition of the icon is full of harmony, it is symmetrical, the element in the middle being the brightest one - like a happy person having all three - Ego, super-ego, and id - in the same harmony. The orange-red colour stands for creativity, vitality. Orange + gray look very modern, warm and positive.
